Not gonna lie, when I got my first flat on my GOTRAX scooter, I was expecting the replacement to be like at least $50. $30 for the replacement assembly was such a surprise!!

I’ve had my scooter for 2-3 years now and this was my first flat, so I did have quite a difficult time getting the old wheel off, as the bolts were stuck and a bit rusted. I recommend getting an 18mm ratchet wrench, that way you can step on it/apply more force (like you would a car tire) rather than using a small hand held wrench (I’m a 26 year old girl lol) but none the less was very simple for me to replace other wise! Thanks Gotrax!

Replacement tire

I was greatly pleased at the quick response of a defective tire on my grandsons scooter. I sent one email explaining the problem and received a quick response and a new tire in the mail. When you pay alot for Gotrax scooters, it's nice knowing they stand by their product. One happy Nana here.
