The G6 scooter, when it first arrived, did not even turn on. After much of the complaint and waiting, the company finally sent out a replacement of battery, charger and console. With mush of the trouble replacing all the parts. the scooter is working fine and is operational. And I appreciate the company's response to mitigate issue.
