Console replacement

After receiving an error code with my G6 scooter, I emailed support to diagnose the problem. I received a response within 15 minutes and was able to order a replacement. I replaced the broken part, and my scooter is good as new.

If I had any constructive feedback, I’d recommend creating instructional videos for replacing parts. It took me 10 minutes to dissemble and reassemble the console, but I could have cut the time in half with some instruction.
