GKS Electric Scooter for Kids

New replacement works great.

The Scooter didn't work initially, I delayed in returning to Walmart . But even after 6 months, The GOTRAX customer service sent new battery that didn't work. Then sent back the scooter and they are able to replace scooter without additional costs.

My son's first electric scooter and it's a HIT! He loves it! Perfect size, speed, and control for his age. I would 100% recommend for children. He can't wait to get on it every day. Now he and I can go out and ride our scooters together and he's the coolest kid in the neighborhood!

The battery dies after 3 minutes. I’ve tried to find a replacement battery but I can’t seem to locate the way to get one

Once he got used to the buttons on the bottom he’s loved it ever since. I just wish it had a light for the night and a screen to show the speed.

It was unbelievable that the The two Christmas gifts we got from my daughter from go Trax was a hover board and a scooter, both of which did not work properly. As you can imagine, my daughter was pretty bummed, but I got the ball rolling with Faye and she was unbelievable and getting me the help I needed. We were able to get a new scooter and a new hover board that worked properly and my daughter is happier than ever. It was a lot of back-and-forth with the shipping and the called tags and UPS and the charger that didn’t show up with the scooter the second time, etc. but we kept our heads down and worked hard, and we got it done!

We purchased 3 GKS Electric Scooter for Kids for our 5 year old triplets for Christmas, they absolutely love them. Just the perfect size and speed for them.

Terrible customer service, reached out several times, no replay, had trouble with scooter handle staying on base finally just used a very strong glue and fixed it myself. It’s a shame wanted to get my other grandchildren 1 each as well.

This is typical of this company. They are asking me to review product that I haven’t received yet. The customer service people do reply to you but unfortunately the service is limited and it’s excruciating to get support. They do the bare minimum to answer or resolve any issues. This scooter is a replacement for a scooter that broke after two weeks of use. After NUMEROUS emails from a purchase in August, Im waiting on delivery of the exchange in mid November. Check this company on BBB. They do not fare well on customer service end. I should have read the reviews there before I made a purchase
