A scathing review

I ordered a part and my tablet accidentally assigned my old address and when I talked to someone from your company through email they said it was too late and they couldn't change it. I left a very bad review and about a week later the part was sent to my old address and the guy contacted go trax and they were kind enough to contact me and make me aware of the part being there. I was able to get the part and I wish to apologize. Your company was a great help in the long run at getting my part back. Thank you and I look forward to buying from you in the future
