Love the bike just wished I was able to coast when not pedaling instead of the bike slowing down and coming to a stop thats annoying 😒
I literally crashed this bike going top speed hitting a speed bump flying off like super man and this thing still worked a couple things bent obviously but they were easy to remove and items easy to bend back into place like the gear for the chain. Even after i crashed was still able to make it 5 MILES HOME i have no idea how people say this things doesnt work properly or doesnt work but even after all that it stikk charges and rides smooth

Arrived mostly safely, box was beat but seems intact. Fun first ride already this evening to test it out. Well see how the battery does distance wise. Pedal assist seems to use some power to help you move also. Fun size. Great holiday sale. Now to wait for the other orders.

The S3 Mini is a good starter e-bike. After only having it for 2 months, I had an issue with the battery meter on the throttle/key assembly where the 3rd indicator light would no longer light up. That meant that while riding, you didn't know whether the battery had 75%(3 bars) or was it really 50%(2 bars) charge left (assuming each of the 4 indicators represented 25% of the battery). Contact Gotrax Support Team (the rep that responded to me was Kayla), answered a few questions, and they sent me a free replacement part. Got it within a few weeks. It was pretty simple to swap out, and back to normal.
I loved it. The bike was amazing. Definitely buy or recommend it again. BUT, one thing was when i received the bike, there was a hole in the cardboard package, but it didn't affect the bike. One last thing when i got the bike, the hadle bars connection with the tires was kind of wonky and loose, so i had to tighten that.
Good for short commute from dormitory to class, yet cheaply made. Yet fast!

This is my first ebike, but it is definitely crazy fun. I just need know if i can ride it after a light rainfall. Also, one of the tiny parts came bent, but its still usable. Overall amazing bike. Crazy fun and surprisingly long range.

So installation wasn't too painful.Things would have been easier with a comprehensive manual.I had to rely on online tutorial videos for minor adjustments.
