Not happy

I can not give a review simply because it seems as if the scooter needs a harness
And Gotrax would not sell the scooter harness I bought the controller the display and the throttle yet the scooter does not work

Gotrax customer service stinks

Customer service stinks. Had to diagnose myself and hope I ordered the right part. I got lucky the controller was the issue. Just one problem, the scooter is now stuck in 2 wheel drive all the time with the new controller. Wish I never bought the gx1 for my son.
