Yeah first of all I took almost three full weeks when it said to 3 to 5 business days it was actually almost 3 times the amount late . With that being said it was the exact part I needed I actually need to order another one very sometime soon really impressed with how the product just plugged in and worked I am so not impressed with taking 3 weeks to get here I'm pretty sure it said guaranteed three to five business days you know
Hate to use the term better than the original but it is, I did have to email Gotrax about the item not shipping, but the moment communication started via email the package was registering w. The tracking system. Box wasn't damaged. No scratches on the screen.
