Power supply works great 👍. Front tire ordered great, the tube needed to be 45 degrees not straight. For a g3 plus 🙄 😉.

Parts arrived as expected. Website was easy to use. However gotrax customer service related to warranty claims is terrible. I would avoid a future purchase knowing they do not stand behind their product.

I love Gotrax but I still haven’t ride my scooter over a year now I had so many problems with this scooter
It’s not charging or nothing I been reaching out for a replacement but no one reach out i very upset but I love Gotrax I will never switch to a new company forever team Gotrax but I pray they reach out asap

Recently my son's electric scooter stopped working. I contacted gotrax and they responded quickly and sent out a new battery. Sadly that didn't fix the problem because it was an electrical issue. I messaged them again and not even a few hours later they processed an order with a new replacement that came in the mail fast... My son is so happy to have his scooter back. I couldn't be more happy with gotrax. They have The Best Customer Service! I will be ordering from their company again!!! Thank you guys :)
