your customer service sucks and since they feel you are not accepting their answers they shut down and get rude. You need to get better service individuals.

It would help to include new screws with the fender. Taking the broken one off I stripped one **** and they are unique with a star shape and center pin. Had to buy special tools to work on it.
May most recent order for a new controller - handlebar is ten days out and I haven't even seen it being shipped by the shipping tracker.
