KS3 PRO Kids Kick Scooter

I got a scooter and it was not resolved in due time. One of the rep review and saw the mistake made and replace the scooter.

We ordered one for my daughter's birthday and my son got jealous. His birthday was a few weeks later and we ordered a 2nd one for them. Unfortunately, when his scooter showed up, the back wheel was stuck and would not work properly. Once I reached out to get this replaced under warranty, Skyler was great. Go me the packing slip and I was able to send it back for a replacement. Now we have 2 scooters and the kids love them!
