Had my Gotrax F2 (v1) for a little over a month now. LOVE IT SO MUCH. Has been amazing for my transportation to and from work (about 16 miles there and back). Bike is great ...love it .but on delivery battery had a problem...it took awhile like 2 to 3 weeks for them to send me new battery..and you can not talk to anyone it is all emails...but they did send new battery at no charge...very happy with the bike..
