Good budget ride

The motor stopped working after using less than 10 times. Doesn't turn on anymore.

Bought the scooter a month ago, it's work perfectly. Good for me to go to class and wander around the campus. Unfortunately, i have the inner tube of the rear wheel punctured, but contacted the customer service and they send me a replacement tube with tutorial video. overall, i have a great experience with the scooter.

I got the xT1 model for the slightly bigger wheel size(10inch) and longer range. Range isn't quite there. Maybe a new battery can fix it. Would have like to see instructions on battery replacement(this is a wear part afterall).

Overall fairly satisfied with purchase given price.

The battery does not hold charge & bought it brand new only holds 2 bars of charge don’t recommend

Bought it for my grandsons birthday with hesitation, but he absolutely loves it!

Price vs. quality is extremely in favor of quality

Item is not working out of the box. Working with the company for return or exchange.

The Scooter was different that I ordered
The one i want should be blue and I received one red and the brand it’s different than I ordered

So far I like my XR1, It showed up with muddy tires in the box and quite a few scratches but it’s a refurbished unit so that’s to be expected. So far it’s been running pretty well, occasionally the throttle does not want to respond, but once tapped again, it takes off. So far so good.
