Rival (Gray) Electric Scooter Console

Does the replacement console come plug and play like with the power button like circled in photo and the board that’s behind it like a completely assembled part so I can just remove my old console and install the new one

My issue was resolved and it runs again, and the brakes work. However when I opened the package I noticed small black parts falling out of it. The housing of the brakes was chipped and had to be tightened back to the handles. Otherwise no issues.

First off I wanna say I’m glad I went through gotrax’s main store and picked the console first and not buying the battery and getting the return hassle and installing the console was the easy route to install and good to ride after installing.

As the title says, my scooter died after going down a hill, the screen wasn't showing anything and they recommended me to get a new console. Came within a week or so and worked perfectly!

Great customer service! Gotrax in my experience is committed to providing top notch support for their products. When I had an issue with my scooter display I submitted a warranty claim via their website. I promptly received a text from Sidereal on the Gotrax Support Team. He walked me through some steps to diagnose the problem. Once it was determined that the problem required a new display console he arranged to have the part sent to me. When it arrived it took my about 5 minutes to swap out the old one for the new one. Thanks Sidereal and the GoTrax team.

You sent a replacement part and it doesn’t work. We have a new one being sent I have requested a whole new scooter but was denied. Won’t be buying from you again
