Thr wheel shipped does NOT look like the one pictured. The one they ship is extremely hard rubber, and is nearly impossible to put on the rim without ruining the rim or the tire, or both. No information on their website on suggested i stallatipn amd had to tesort to YouTube for suggestions. You shouldnt have to boil a tire for 20 minutes to get it soft enough to install, and that didnt even work. Ustimer service told me that I could buy another one from Walmart (their approved seller), but i bought my tore DIRECTLY from Gotrax. It should fit, as described, and look as described. Very disappointed and im most likely out $30 for this useless chunk of hardened rubber.
