We needed a new charger and could not locate one. So contacted GoTrax and recieved a link and then the product, all within a week. Problem solved!

Charger works fine

Thought I lost the charger to hover board. Purchased a new one and of course the day it arrives I find the missing charger. Tried to return unopened package but was denied due to silly policy. Should have just ordered same charger from Amazon as their return policy makes sense.
