VIBE (Blue) Electric Scooter Console

I purchased a Christmas gift and my didn’t use it for several months because I live in Ohio. It worked for about two months then stopped with an error code. They ship me a replacement part that did not work, then they shipped me a whole another scooter. That worked for about several months and then I got an error code. Now it’s outside the warranty and they made me pay for a new handle for the replacement scooter that didn’t work only but a couple months. I am in sales and customer service and I paid the price for your customer service of refusing fix my unit. I was very understanding when you guys could not deliver the original replacement parts in time. I also dealt with poor diagnosing of the original problem which added more time. There was not taking an account when the replacement scooter needed service shortly after receiving it. I love the idea of your scooter, but after dealing with your customer service there’s no way I would purchase another one of your products again. I hope this adds some value to you guys.
