GOTRAX: great at taking your money, terrible at supporting customers.
Ordered on July 7, 2026 — still waiting with no real answers. Their tracking changes like a joke, customer service moves slower than the broken bikes they sell, and replacement parts are nearly impossible to find.
Selling an electric vehicle without reliable support is irresponsible. I will never buy GOTRAX again. Save your money and choose another brand.
