Here at GOTRAX, we’re dedicated to ensuring that each customer receives a fully-functioning, high-quality product. As a result, we’re happy to announce that our limited warranty on certain electric scooter and electric bike parts has been extended from one year to two years.
Parts covered under the new 2-year warranty include those that make up the body of the vehicle, as well as certain key electronic components. Parts subject to normal wear and tear, such as the handlebar grips and fenders, are still only covered for 90 days. Also, certain types of damage, such as cosmetic damage and corrosion, are not covered by the warranty. While we do our best to make sure that each product reaches each customer in a complete and pristine condition, we understand that issues sometimes arise. If you have any problems with your micro-mobility vehicle, feel free to file a claim, or you can contact our customer support team by emailing support@gotrax.com.
