GOTRAX Extends Warranty to 1 Year for All Adult Electric Scooters and E-Bikes

Thanks to some hard work from our Customer Service and Service Center teams GOTRAX, as of 8/15/2022, can now extend their warranty from 6 Months to a 1 Year Limited Warranty. Your GOTRAX e-rideables will now be covered longer than they have ever been before for no additional cost. Please note that products purchased before 8/15/2022 will still be under our 6 Month Warranty Policy. You can read the electric scooter and e-bike 1 Year Limited Warranty Policies below:

1-Year Limited Warranty Policy for Electric Scooters

Vehicle Body - 1 year

• Deck 
• Front/Rear Wheel Hub Motor Assembly 
• Front Fork and Neck Assembly 
• Rear Fork Assembly 
• Stem (Battery Cabin) 
• Dashboard / Console
• Stem 
• Handlebar 
• Spring Cable 
• Charge Port Failure (dirt/water/mud in port not covered) 
• Bottom Cover (Metal)

1-Year Limited Warranty Policy for E-Bikes

Here are the Parts covered under the 1 Year Warranty for Electric Bikes:

Vehicle Body - 1 year

• Frame 
• Rear Wheel Hub Motor Assembly 
• Front Fork and Neck Assembly 
• Rear Fork Assembly 
• Handlebars 
• Dashboard / Console
• Stem 
• Spring Cable 
• Charge Port Failure (dirt/water/mud in port not covered)

We want to people to be able to enjoy riding their electric scooters and e-bikes without interruption. Unfortunately, sometimes people run into issues on their GOTRAX but we are here to help.
