Gotrax is always looking to grow and expand. We know that comes with some growing pains. Our Parts page is going to be reorganized and revamped. Supply lines are clearing up and we are hoping to have parts on a much more consistent basis. We have heard your complaints through our social media, facebook groups and from our Customer Service Representatives. We are working to improve the customer experience every chance we get.
Website
The Gotrax website will be undergoing some changes in the upcoming year. Less than a year ago, our website was clunky, plain, and overall unappealing to browse through. Today, we have updated our home and product pages to be far more user-friendly. Product videos and banners are integrated into the page rather than posted like blocks. Our website will continue to adapt and change to run as smoothly as possible.
New Electric Scooters & E-bikes
A new and refreshed website deserves something new and refreshed to be displayed on it. GOTRAX has several new models of electric scooters and e-bikes. Please stay tuned to our social media pages and email newsletter for when these models release in this Summer.
Expanding Communities
We want to connect with you. Our social media pages are only growing as more and more people join the electric scooter world. However, we took it a step further by creating our own Discord!
Warranty on 2022 Products
GOTRAX will strive to assist customer's after purchase. The new models of electric scooter and e-bike that are set to be released this year will also have a 1-Year, 365 day warranty at no additional cost to the customer. We want our riders to be able to ride for years to come. Our Parts section and Customer Service Team will grow as we do. 2022 is going to be an exciting year!
