IN-Warranty Repairs
If you are within our Warranty Period of 14 Days to 1 Year here are the following steps to repairing your GOTRAX:
- File A Repair Claim
- A Customer Service (CS) Agent will verify purchase.
- GOTRAX will Offer Repair and Troubleshooting
- GOTRAX can send you Parts or We can Repair it For You.
- A CS Agent will Create a Repair Order
- You Will be sent a Shipping Label and Repair Order Terms (If you Own an E-Bike, we'll set-up an appointment with a local repair shop. No Shipping Required)
- Your Product Arrives at the GOTRAX Warehouse and is Repaired
- GOTRAX Will then Send Your Product back to you
Out-of-Warranty Service
If You Are Outside Our Warranty Period Here are the Following Steps to Repairing Your GOTRAX:
- Purchase the Repair Service for your Model of GOTRAX (Look Below). The Cost below is for Shipping and Labor. GOTRAX will invoice you for any additional parts needed.
- A CS Agent will Create a Repair Order
- You Will be sent a Shipping Label and Repair Order Terms (If you Own an E-Bike, we'll set-up an appointment with a local repair shop, No Shipping Required)
- Your Product Arrives at the GOTRAX Warehouse and is Repaired
- GOTRAX Will then Send Your Product back to you
