Out of Warranty Repair Service
Introducing GOTRAX's Out of Warranty Repair Service. This program is for customers that are outside of our warranty coverage.
How it works:
- Fill out the claim form below, with all information and proof of purchase or order number.
- Once we have all the information correct our mechanics will reach out to you via the email or phone number provided to determine a solution, and the price.
- An invoice will be sent to your email, once paid, GOTRAX Customer Service will send you a shipping label, and a repair order number.
- Pack your scooter safely and attach the label. Mark the repair order number clearly on the box.
- Once received, GOTRAX will repair or replace your scooter. You will receive a tracking number for the return shipping once complete. This part of process usually takes 3-5 business days.
