Out of Warranty Repair Service

Introducing GOTRAX's Out of Warranty Repair Service. This program is for customers that are outside of our warranty coverage.

How it works:

  1. Fill out the claim form below, with all information and proof of purchase or order number. 
  2. Once we have all the information correct our mechanics will reach out to you via the email or phone number provided to determine a solution, and the price.
  3. An invoice will be sent to your email, once paid, GOTRAX Customer Service will send you a shipping label, and a repair order number. 
  4. Pack your scooter safely and attach the label. Mark the repair order number clearly on the box.
  5. Once received, GOTRAX will repair or replace your scooter. You will receive a tracking number for the return shipping once complete. This part of process usually takes 3-5 business days.
