There was broken parts hard to contact customer support

The reason why I gave a 4 stars is because I tend to have problems with the longevity of this product either because I received a defective one, or it's a big issue for those who own the g3. The customer service is great, and getting a warranty is a must for issues like this.

Got wrong bike and refund is not being processed

I bought this for my son's birthday, he had one of the child's scooters, where you just put your feet on the 2 buttons to go and had a fender brake similar to non motor scooters. This is not a toy, this is a machine. Goes pretty fast for a scooter, smooth ride, long battery life, love the lock out code, and anti-thieft cable is a good deterrent for kids, if an actual criminal wanted it they could cut through that with bolt cutters in a second though. Only issue I have had is that I do not know how to turn on headlight, and it is not in manual or anywhere online. Is it possibly a photocell? I'm sure I'll figure it out, but if anyone knows leave a comment please. All in all very happy with this purchase I am a 6'3", 250lb man, and got this guy up to 14.75mph and it was pretty fun.

My daughter wanted this, I didn’t expect much, but it’s very nice and powerful. Has 2 speeds and a good charge on the battery. It was very easy to put together. She lives in Atlanta and plans on using it to get to work

Bought this for my 11 yo son for Christmas. We wanted something higher quality than the electric scooter he had previously which didn't go very fast or very far on a charge. We live in a rural area in NH so it's just for him to use to go to friends' houses, our local beach in the summer, tennis courts, etc. It is huge - he and his older brother both fit on it and are under the weight limit so it's perfect. It scares me how fast it goes! It has a nice LED light on it for when it gets darker, it folds up easily, the wheels are big and rugged... now we just need spring to get here so he can use it all the time!

I bought the go trax for my 10 year old daughter as a Christmas present and it is the best thing ever! It’s very easy to ride and goes pretty fast. I’m thinking about buying another one just to have around my house. I live in the country and it has no problem going through the grass or rock driveway. No complaints about my purchase

Bought as a Christmas gift for my son. Delivery was on time, actually earlier, I believe. The product is quality, easy to assemble (very little to assemble), and my son loves it

Bought for our daughter as a Christmas gift to transfer from classes in campus she loves it!

I got this product a month ago and it is great. It came undamaged and ready to ride. It is smooth on roads without three inch gaps. I love it but the charging port is on a weird angle and I have to wiggle it in to recharge. It got 22 miles on a charge but I weigh 70 pounds. When it says max speed that is not how fast the motor is capable of going. That is the fastest it will go. I would recommend for teens. Overall, I really enjoy the product.

Purchased as a Christmas gift came ready to go out of the box. Only took 4 screws to put together and we were riding within 5 mins of opening the box!! Our kids love them and are excited about cruising through the neighborhood.

Bought this scooter a few weeks ago and I have no regrets

Sure they sent me a new g3 but it took them close to 3 weeks to get everything fixed. Had to send it back and get it checked and then they sent me a new one. Unbelieveable.
