The Detachable version of your battery will have the underside of your electric scooter attached to it. The non-detachable version will just be the battery.

Battery Replacement

The battery replacement is fairly simple to complete however apparently the battery wasn’t the issue and now I am waiting for the motor to be back in stock so we can see if that fixes the problem. I think my kids scooter has 700 miles on it and we have replaced the following. Steer tire and drive tire, break cable, and battery

My order has not been fulfilled. I only received 1 of the 3 batteries I ordered. I have called and messaged numerous times and have either been ignored or get the run around and told the issue has been escalated to the project manager and still I have not received the 2 other batteries from my order.
