G4 Electric Scooter for Adults

Currently deployed overseas and this is my only means of transportation. I’ve put over 100 miles on the scooter in under a month. I have zero complaints. Tons of fun!

Although the scooter itself is phenomenal, by far the most impressive aspect of the gotrax experience is their customer service. I initially had some problems with my scooter and contacted Faye, a customer support specialist with gotrax. faye was able to guide me in exchanging my scooter and in a relatively straightforward process i was able to exchange my scooter for a new one completley under warranty. Faye was super helpful in the whole process and is an example of great customer service, and the scooter now works great!

I don't drive a lot, but the trips that I do take aren't super long. Parking has been a huge challenge for me and this scooter has been helpful in changing that. It goes super fast and is incredibly fun. I wish it had more options for carrying things, but it beats needing to sweat on a bicycle just get to work or a store.

It's fast, the battery lasted me 3 days on one charge, and was easy to assemble. I can't think of many things to change about it (aside from storage).

I'd have to call the g4 the flagship of gotrax. Its everywhere where I'm at. I see at least one of them a day and I finally pulled the trigger on getting one. It was the right call.

JUST LOVE IT! I cannot stress it enough how much I enjoy riding this thing around. the 10inch tires are a big plus and I do my best to avoid the larger potholes. Great commuter
