GMAX Ultra Electric Scooter

I have been a fan of Gotrax for about 5 years and counting ! Always enjoy my commute with some music on gets the day going with some adrenaline ! They never let me down even when I needed a replacement through warranty they got me ! Customer service was 5 stars ⭐️ ! Communication was excellent from Mason ! Appreciate the whole team of gotrax keep surprising us with new gadgets !

Save yourself the nightmare of dealing with Gotrax Scooters. Bought this scooter and had it break down within two months. Sent me a new scooter and the battery doesn’t work after 500 miles. They truly are not intended for daily use. And the catch is you need to keep the battery in use or it will completely stop working. Customer service is a complete joke on top of it. Could hear Michael laughing on the phone when I was complaining about my experience and how I rely on this scooter for getting to work. Still waiting on a call from Anthony to deal with this situation. I just want a working scooter. Also 5 stars because they delete 1 star reviews. Photo of this barely used scooter that doesn’t work.

Had my Gmax ultra scooter stolen the other day, even though it was secured with the built in locking mechanism. Someone physically pulled the cable apart….albeit a bit bloody…they did manage to shred it free. Would advise future customers to buy another locking system with more bulk to deter would-be thieves. Was sorry to see this scooter go.

It’s may get around . Work, home, mall, Ferry. I go where I won’t and get there quick .Turned an hour an a half commute into a thirty minute ride. Wish it was waterproof.

I love it my dad got it for me it’s fast 20 miles and all but I don’t know how to change the digital lock on it

I recently purchased a GMAX Ultra to add to the Gotrax fleet. I bought an XR Elite in 2020, and have been using that since then. (5 years later, the XR still runs well too!) The GMAX Ultra is a nice upgrade, larger size, larger wheels/tires, and more power make for a faster and more comfortable scooter. The GOTRAX brand does not disappoint as their products have been well made and reliable in the 5+ years experience I have with them. Will definitely buy GOTRAX again.

Its a really nice scooter

Bought this one after having Problems with my g4 after 1500 miles. I paid more for the 40 mile range compared to the g4's 20, but this scooter has only lasted half of the first one's range and seems to have less power and also just turns completely off while riding when the battery gets low with no warning. Seems quality is going downhill.

I bought the original scooter Christmas 2023. My 15 year old son is not the easiest on his stuff. We went the rounds on a few parts that had issues. Customer support was fantastic. Very prompt response time. Parts were sent and I replaced them. The scooter would be okay and then another issue would arise. After a few rounds and the final issue not being resolved, we were send a new scooter. GoTrax and it’s customer support are fantastic. They stand by their product and honor their warranty.

Great scooters. Own 2 of them for the kids. The last one we bought in May had an issue. I took pictures and submitted a warranty claim online. Never picked the phone up, all communication was through email. They sent me an UPS prepaid label, I packed the scooter up and less than a week later I had a new scooter delivered. I was very impressed in how Gotrax stands behind what they sell!! Get job Gotrax, wish more companies were like yours!! Also Thank you to Sidereal from Gotrax Support for taking the time to answer all my emails!!

It was great ordering on line and getting all items within 3 days. Wonderful experience.

We purchased these specifically to go in our camper and they have been perfect for getting around the campgrounds and running to local stores to pick up supplies. They have been very reliable and the longer range on these is perfect for weekend camping Adventures.

I love my Gotrax

This is one of my favorite purchases of all time. I am a 15 year old kid and I take this thing wherever I want to. It never dies, it’s fast, it accelerates quick, if you need to ride in grass it’ll go in grass. The thing never lets me down. I have never had a problem with it. I have 900 miles on it and it works like it’s brand new. Get you one of these machines, you for sure won’t regret it.

Our family has 4 apex scooters. We were looking for a 5th scooter and decided to go with the ultra. The Apex is great but this one packs a punch! The additional size and power is well worth the Investment.

Since day 1, the scooter has worked great, Unfortunately the charger was dead on arrival. I reached out to Gotrax for a warranty claim and they immediately sent out another. I'm still waiting for it, but I'm hopeful it will work.

Scooter goes fast and gets great mileage on a charge. I’ve put over 100 miles on the scooter in less than a month and had no issues. Scooter was shipped with a faulty charger and when I contacted support honey from gotrax was quick to respond the same day and overnighted me a brand new charger that has been working great. Would highly recommend this scooter and this company to anyone looking for reliability and something fun.

Fantastic piece of kit, my 14 year old boy never had so much fun. Delivered on time, easy assembling and very good quality. Will soon get one more for my 11 yo:)

Amazing scooter and a smooth ride. My only issues is it suffers on hills and the distance of a single charge is around 24 miles. I got stuck with no charge thinking I had the 44 total miles but only had 24. Would be 5 star if the charge was right.

This is a bomb starter scooter. Highly recommend!
