Perfect fit to enable the scooter to close properly. A video was sent by request to make sure replacement was done correctly.

Didn't get any responses to my questions

My order took about 2 weeks tocome in and I didn't receive any updates about the order until the day before it arrived. I tried to use the chat feature on the website and emailed them about the order but I was completely ignored multiple times. The order was 3 small items that could fit into a single box so I know it wasn’t the size of the package that caused the delay. If this had been a delayed order then I wouldn't have a problem but because I didn't receive any updates until the day before it came in and being ignored when I tried to contact them with my questions I am extremely disappointed in the service I have received. I probably won't order from the website again unless it is absolutely necessary. The only good thing was that they sent the correct parts.
