I emailed customer service to make sure I ordered the correct tire replacement for my daughter’s adult rival scooter and they were quick to respond and very helpful. Shipping was quick and the tire works great. You have to have certain tools for the screws to replace the tire but that was the only difficulty.

Good solid wheel

Tube popped on my son's Gotrax GXL V2. Rather than change it out I decided to just get this as it was the complete wheel, tire, and tube for around $40. Was very easy to switch out. Just removed the old wheel, took the brake disc off, installed the disc on the new wheel, and put the new wheel back on the scooter. Took about 10 minutes. Shipping was very fast after I ordered it also.

Had a pinch flat that kept my rear tire from holding air. This replacement was delivered in a timely manner and has been great! Had to have a couple different sizes of keys to remove the various screws/bolts, but it was pretty self-explanatory. It was no issue, but you will also have to install the disk from the old wheel onto the new one. Overall, a great experience and way cheaper than expected.

I am extremely satisfied with the whole parts ordering/ shipping process. I have only had to order twice but both times were flawless and I appreciate that very much. I will most definitely recommend.

Hope this thing lasts as long as the first one! Easily close to 750 miles on the first one!

This is the second wheel replacement in about two years, and this wheel is better made than the first, which had messed-up bearings from the get-go. The brake disc transferred over with no problem.

Hard as hell to get on but tire itself works fine

Had a flat tire and replaced the tire, tube, and wheel from GO TRAX for $30. Had
the assembly in 5 days. Now that's customer support.
