Very disappointed

I installed a new battery in my G3 Plus and the scooter only operates at half the speed it’s supposed to. The scooter also only runs for about 2 miles before the battery runs out. It’s supposed to run 18 miles. It’s been a complete disaster and I’ve tried contacting Gotrax directly for support and they refuse to help or provide a refund. The battery is non refundable. I am now stuck with a useless scooter.
