So the battery thing- well like all others new batteries in five days time and we were good, now for the past year, my wife and i have really enjoyed the bikes... many miles in campgrounds ( avid campers) and riding with our Kids and grandkids with no fatigue ( age 66 and 56) so very happy with the bikes- we can keep up have fun and so happy a friend recommended these bikes

Same issues as everyone else…battery was bad but received new battery and bike was awesome…unfortunately I let a friend ride my bike and that person fell and damaged the motor wheel and now I need another but Gotrax doesn’t have any more in stock at the time so now im waiting as we speak for another motor wheel
Order this in the summer and it came with a bad battery, took 5 months for a new one. But now that I have it I'm happy, easy to get to work
