Same issues as everyone else…battery was bad but received new battery and bike was awesome…unfortunately I let a friend ride my bike and that person fell and damaged the motor wheel and now I need another but Gotrax doesn’t have any more in stock at the time so now im waiting as we speak for another motor wheel
Order this in the summer and it came with a bad battery, took 5 months for a new one. But now that I have it I'm happy, easy to get to work
Missing battery part
I had a lot of issues and it took me many days after putting my bike together before I got to ride it. Customer support honored the warranty and fixed the issue. When I did get to ride the bike immediately knew I made a good decision. Hills have never been easier cruising speed enjoyable. As a Entry level pedal assist this bike was great definitely gets my recommendation 4 stars due to wait time and ordering issues.
