No problems

Received my item in good shape and it worked great. Only complaint I have is the shipping. It took a while to get to me. And the shop app that I downloaded to view tracking said that it was going to be delivered to me before ups even had the package in hand.

Failed Console

Very Disappointed. The new console failed after one ride around the block. I would not recommend this to anyone. Emailed customer service right away and let them know what happened, and they responded that their parts do not have a warranty.

Never Shipped my console and didn’t refund my money

This company kept the money for the replacement console I ordered and never shipped the item. They also sent fake USPS tracking numbers.
Customer service is a scam that is unresponsive. I have sent all email correspondence to the BBB. Gotrax is the worst.
