Call 1-844-446-8729 Mon-Friday from 9:00a.m. to 5:00 p.m. MST and one of our representatives will be able to assist you. You can also submit a claim ticket whenever you want to about a malfunction product or email support@gotrax.com for general questions about GOTRAX or our products.
Doubled Warranty Period
Our increased Customer Service Team and improvements to our products have allowed us to double our warranty period from 3 months to 6 months. You are covered for longer on any of your Gotrax Rideables. Additionally, you can purchase extended 2- or 3-Year warranties through Mulberry.
Repair Service Coming
We can't reveal too much at this time but when April 2022 rolls around expect an update on Repair Services for your Gotrax products to ease the hassle of repairing your product on your own.
Parts Section
We've revamped our Parts Section. Scroll to your specific electric scooter and find all the parts for it instantly. No more scrolling or guessing and accidently buying the wrong part. We are working on getting our Electric Bike Parts stocked and properly labeled on our website but expect more parts soon. We are always adding to it so stay tuned!
