The Repair Program will provide an affordable and efficient solution for customers who need to repair their GOTRAX electric bikes and scooters. The program will include a wide range of services, including hardware repairs, battery replacements, and more. With a network of certified technicians, GOTRAX is committed to providing quick and reliable service to customers in need.

Once the request is submitted, a customer service representative will contact the customer to schedule a repair appointment and provide additional information about the repair process.
