The hook is cool but the scooter and customer service is out of this world good

I got my first scooter ever from Gotrax and honestly I’m in love with my new toy, but one of these days I was charging it and the charger got really really HOT, I was so scared because I’ve been hearing a lot about batteries exploding and stuff, so I contacted Gotrax and they immediately responded back to me, I remember it was somebody called HONEY, she was excellent, diligent and she kindly resolved the problem sending me a new charger for my scooter.

I strap it to my handlebars. I usually hook my bike keys to them, sometimes a Bluetooth speaker. Very handy!
