Electric Bike Throttle Set

Works perfect

This was the replacement part I received and it was also defective. The original part that came with the bike didn't activate at all. No display turns on nor did the bike motor activate. This part replacement at least starts up the motor and runs, but the battery display still doesn't work. I'm wondering if they just took it off another defective unit and shipped it to me. Idk I'ma just take the loss/small win. At least the bike works but wow the service leaves alot to be desired. They had me waiting for over two months for the part replacement. Alot of back n forth with customer service and the whole experience was just bad. Please search around and read reviews from multiple sources like yelp, the official company website, and reddit. I won't be shopping from GoTrax Again.
