I bought this model from Best Buy at the start of summer in ohio,so far I've enjoyed 10 new national, Metro & local parks & campgrounds. My 🌎 is expanding because now I can explore more of it. This bike rocks! It came 97% assembled. I ASSEMBLED THE BASKET AND SEAT ONLY. IT FOLDS AND FITS PERFECTLY IN BOTH OF MY SUVS IT'S NOT TOO HEAVY FOR ME TO LIFT. I FEEL SAFE RIDING BECAUSE OF THE QUALITY CONSTRUCTION AND SOLID METAL FRAME. THE LITHIUM BATTERY CHARGES IN ABOUT 2 HOURS. I'M MINDFUL TO AVOID WATER OR RAIN. I RIDE IN PARKS OR BIKE TRAILS ONLY. I RIDE WITH MY HELMET FOR SAFETY. THIS BIKE IS BEGINNING FRIENDLY.

Bought this last year through amazon. But the company was helpful when I needed to replace the back tire.

Absolutely terrible and cheaply made. I rode it for less than 2 days not even going a mile and one of the brakes already snapped. Do not buy any GOTRAX products.

I bought this scooter for my son because i wanted something reliable. The welds are great. Good quality on all of the controls. Unit comes 95% assembled. I love how solid it is. Quality product

I have had my first GoTrax a year ago and loved it so much bought another. We take them to horse shows as there is so much walking to do. Everyone loves them. Also I use mine daily on the ranch going back and forth to the barn.

I can say Lydia that work for go trax she is the best when my grandsons scooter went down she did everything she could probably do to fix it and she ended up sending him a brand new one I give her all praise and love she is the best and thank you very much.

I'm 80 years old and this scooter is loads of fun. Smooth ride and plenty of power. I added a mirror and a different seat.

1st weekend camping trip was great with the Voyager. Meet all expectations.

It was easy to put together and my son is enjoying it every day. My only thing that I don’t like is battery dies after about 1 hr of riding.

This is a fantastic buy, quick, battery is great. Maybe even better then the describe . And man is it comfortable. I've owned three standup GoTrax scooters , and now two with seats. Can't beat the price. Unrivalled quality.

Very easy to ride, store, charge, and take on the train. I recommend getting a new seat because the one that comes with it, though comfortable, has too much play.

I bought my Flex to help out with motoring around a large horse farm. I use it to carry bags of hay and grain on gravel drives and grass. I even drive out into large grass paddocks to fetch my horses. I've had it for 3 years and its been abused, gotten dirty, run the battery until its almost empty and it charges right back up. It also comes in handy to do quick 5 mile commutes in my neighborhood to run errands.

I got this for my daughter’s birthday and she loves it! I chose the flex voyager because it’s easy for her and me to use and works on all terrain which is perfect for horse shows and getting across the show grounds much more efficiently

I love this scooter! The only thing I wish it had is a speedometer.

Zero stars. Delivered later than stated, was malfunctioned and no response on claims submitted.

The seating material is cheapy and was torn on unboxing. I wish it went 20 mi/hr instead of 15. Also wish it went a farther distance. Locking the seat in place was a task. otherwise, great bike or toy for me. Happy with the purchase.

Now I need to be clear that for a scooter having a seat and supporting over 225 lbs, this is most likely the best budget scooter you can get. Having said that, I do not get the full 17 mile range (10 at best), it's not very good at any of the hills around where I live (even the one's it's rated for), and some of the frame has already bent (front wheel) and I'll be needing to replace soon. That said, it does exactly what I want it too, it gets me places; it gets me to neighborhoods that would take me half an hour to walk to in less than 10 min's, it gets me to new places that have neat things I never knew about, and that's the big reason why I got it.
