I bought this model from Best Buy at the start of summer in ohio,so far I've enjoyed 10 new national, Metro & local parks & campgrounds. My 🌎 is expanding because now I can explore more of it. This bike rocks! It came 97% assembled. I ASSEMBLED THE BASKET AND SEAT ONLY. IT FOLDS AND FITS PERFECTLY IN BOTH OF MY SUVS IT'S NOT TOO HEAVY FOR ME TO LIFT. I FEEL SAFE RIDING BECAUSE OF THE QUALITY CONSTRUCTION AND SOLID METAL FRAME. THE LITHIUM BATTERY CHARGES IN ABOUT 2 HOURS. I'M MINDFUL TO AVOID WATER OR RAIN. I RIDE IN PARKS OR BIKE TRAILS ONLY. I RIDE WITH MY HELMET FOR SAFETY. THIS BIKE IS BEGINNING FRIENDLY.
I can say Lydia that work for go trax she is the best when my grandsons scooter went down she did everything she could probably do to fix it and she ended up sending him a brand new one I give her all praise and love she is the best and thank you very much.
