So far so good. Like the quality works as described. Took a really long time to ship to me that’s my only complaint if not for that it would have been five stars

We purchased this bike as a Christmas present for my stepson. On day two, the left brake snapped. This was a user error and had nothing to do with the quality of the bike. We contacted customer service by email on a Saturday for a replacement part. By Tuesday our order was shipped. We received it two days later. Fiona was our CS agent. Outstanding customer service and prompt attention to our request. The bike is awesome too!

I love you gottex. We have been in the dessert for 3 months. And my bike is amazing. Also want to Thank Honey at GOTRAX for he support when needed. Friendly fast service. Thank You again.

The cable is super flexible and winds up small enough i can keep it on my scooter without it getting in the way! It keeps it locked up safe

This amazing lady her name was Honey from gotrax customer support went over and beyond to help me and I will never forget that. We had a part that quit working and she did everything in her power to send us the part even tho I couldn't find all the information she needed. Still was 100% helpful and all in all made my little mans heart happy again that his gift wasn't broken no more. Everyone needs a "Honey" in there business!

I needed help with repairs and got great customer service from ( sidereal) who was very helpful and quick with their response And provided all the information I needed.

Never received lock with my order. Emailed y’all several times and no response

It needs pedals or something to set my feet on other than just the base.
It needs speed control. I'm not liking that I can't control the speed.

I purchased a GoTrax Gmax scooter for my son as a Christmas gift. He road it quite constantly ever since and loves it.
Around the end of April it started acting up. The battery charger light was green, but the display would blink on then off. The scooter would not turn on.
I contacted customer service and received a response in less than a day. The support person Honey was excellent and prompt in responding. I was asked for information on what the scooter was doing, proof of purchase and a video of the behavior. The first diagnosis by support was that the display may be the cause. I was promptly sent a whole new unit and instructed how to install it. Very easy with the right tools.
It turned out that was not the cure. The next possibility was the battery. I was then sent a whole new battery after removing the old one to supply a picture that would ensure I was sent the correct one.
Sure enough that was the issue. The scooter is up and running. My son is happy again. I incurred no cost due to the excellent warranty. The entire experience was professional and speaks to the quality and integrity of the GoTrax company.

Sucks don’t waste your money

I like the style of this lock and like that you can easily add it to the bike and slide off to use.

The scooter came with a cut wire but the manufacturer replaced it.
