Electric Scooter and Bike Cup Holder

I just wanted to comment on how great the customer service service was. The customer service rep who helped us was honey. They were prompt and sent us over a new part which fixed the scooter and my child was able to write it that day. Thanks again for being awesome.

Submitted our warranty claim online and had a lady by the name of Lydia reach out immediately. She assisted with troubleshooting the issue and moved quickly to get us the part we needed in order to get our electric scooter back up and running. Lydia was great with her explanations, response time, and also her willingness to help. We will definitely shop again with GoTrax because of service provided by people like Lydia. Thank you!
