XR Elite MAX Electric Scooter

Had an error code on our scooter and we reached out via email and Lydia responded right away and sent us the parts and instructional videos to help us get back on the road quickly!

I broke my arm but still had a good time

I just got my gotrax xr elite max i just uprgaded from gotrax rival and this is way better it goes 20 mph super easy to asemble out of the box great suspension and height also i can ride of a 8 inch curb by just popping a small wheely. It is a little bit slow accelerating other whys i love it!!

I wrote a review on my Amazon account regarding the scooter. I had the electric gotrax and And for some reason after switching to a new phone and number I'm having trouble getting into my account but I wanted to update my reviews. Go trax I believe customer service rep Chou W worked with me very fast. I was having a lot of problems with my other electric scooter like it wasn't giving me the second mod. It would only stay in the first setting. The battery life was very terrible following the directions when I first got it followed them to the tee. The battery of Life only lasted me up to maybe an half an hour about 30 minutes if that. Even on just a barely slanted Street I had to walk because my scooter would not even get up to 5 mph. Sometimes I would. Sometimes I would not all together. It might have just been a defaulty battery scooter. Tried helping me out with just the battery and that did not fix the problems I was having. So Chou completely amazed me made it all right. They care about their customers and they do everything they can to make sure you are satisfied with their products. Upgraded me to the XR elite Max electric scooter and I can't be more satisfied. The eclipse model that I really wanted that I was trying to get just could not afford that one. I feel that this XR elite Max is right there with it I would love to get the eclipse model but right now I cannot afford that. So this XR elite Max is right there along the lines and it is a very very good scooter. I don't have any complaints on it. Just wish it would go up hills a little bit better. It's sad to say I do get past with people on bicycles when I'm going up. Even just a slight Hill. But overall this is what I have to get around town with and it is a great scooter. I am very happy with the customer service from GoTrax

We now have 2x GoTrax scooters for our kids because they are great for getting around the neighborhood and compactible enough to take camping but the purchase of the XR Elite did not go smooth. After receiving the 1st scooter, with issues out of the box, we had a terrible time getting customer service support on a replacement. It took 2 months, with diligent emails and follow up on our part, to get this resolved.

Very good product, it has power, resistance and a lot of battery durability. I am very satisfied with the product

I like how you upgraded the turbo's, it is much faster now.

XR Elite MAX Electric Scooter

Wrong product sent. They will accept a return, but packaging was damaged when opened by an over eager 13 year old. He didn't know which scooter was ordered, so didn't know it was the wrong, cheaper, one delivered.

It's a Christmas Present. Hasn't been opened yet
