This scooter was my choice for my birthday gift. It was so easy to assemble and a dream to ride on. I am thoroughly enjoying touring my neighborhood, effortlessly on this scooter. It is a great product.

Our scooter which is 2 years old starting poppoing an error code. We looked online to find out on the GoTrax website what the error meant. The new console was affordable. However, we are unsure about how many hours to charge the scooter before riding. So far our little family has bought a total of 3 Gotrax scooters. I use the big one (charging issues), and our kiddos use the one that has skate wheels on it similar to inline. My scooter has all terrain wheels and we love it!! Just got back from scootering today!!

I have been using it for 3 weeks, everything works as per the description they advised. Runs great, value for money products. I definitely recommend this for someone who is looking for reliable electric scoter in this budget range.
First you have to take everything off that’s blocking the old brakes from sliding off the handle bar. Takes a bit but at the end it’s pretty good. The hardest part for me was removing the handle grips things at the end it was on pretty tight.
Great starter scooter. Gets you around town. I haven't rode it much since I just got it today, but it seems to be just as it says.
My 2nd days using this it did as advertised! It lasted 34.7 miles on a full charge on gear 1. The ride was smooth and so much fun. Up till now and still runs great. Its made of good quality parts its a little heavy. About 43 lbs which tells me its nice and sturdy go USA. Not that cheap China ****. Great job gotrax. I'll be getting a E-bike next! Thank you for such great Service.
The part was well wrapped and boxed. The whole assembly was new and significantly cheaper than used parts online.
I replaced the controller on our G4 and that took care of the issue. Back in business enjoying our GOTRAX G4!
We have two F2 e-bikes and couldn't be happier. These bikes are a blast to ride. Had a brake problem on delivery of our second bike and called customer service. After reviewing the problem, they sent us a shipping label and we sent the bike back. A few days later a brand new bike arrived in perfect condition. This is outstanding customer service. We now have two Go Trax scooters and two e-bikes. Thanks Go Trax, you guys are the best.
