Perfect fit, arrived a day earlier than expected
The product is bought was sent to the wrong address and gotraxx did not attempt to fix this issue....I had to get in contact with that person and fix the issue myself and it ended up costing me more money.....
This scooter is awesome! I needed a new Rim & Tire it got delivered in 2 days.

I ordered a gotrax hook for my scooter broken one. I was completely disappointed when after waiting a couple of weeks I got absolutely wrong item, not the one that was on website or the one I ordered. I wish I could replace it with right one if possible

Fender was ordered delivered and found to be defective with a crack in it. Emailed the Service warranty group and you guys just took care of the liquid split

What an impressive e-scooter. I received my GX2 back in the winter and have been enjoying it ever since. It works amazingly well off the road on pretty much any terrain. I have taken it on grass, rocky gravel and even mud. The GX2 always keeps its grip on challenging roads and its frame is very stable. Its also really fast on paved roads and has plenty of power thanks to its dual motors. I really like that its wheels have full fender coverage so you don't get splashed. Overall, I would definitely recommend this scooter for anybody looking for an amazing off-road experience.
