This is my first experience with an e-bike. My wife and I bought a pair of them and are thoroughly enjoying them so far. They were easy to assemble and they are a lot of fun to ride!
Use this for my mile commute to work. Does the speed advertised. Going to upgrade to a faster scooter in the future with this company because I'm having so much fun with this one
Love the scooter. It messed up early but the quickly sent me two new parts and I had it back up and going. Lydia was super sweet and worked hard to make me happy.
I contacted customer support and the representative, Lydia contacted me right away.
She was very prompt, helpful and understanding.
I was extremely pleased with the whole process. The part was placed and mailed out right away. We were able to replace the part and my daughter was back on her scooter within a week!!

When I saw the tundra online? I was a little skeptical because of the price. the next closest bike was about $600 higher in price with the same features. If you're looking for a fat tire bike, this will not disappoint.

This is the way to easily make things fresh. Exactly as described, includes the brake disc rotor, tire, everything. If you need a new rear wheel assembly completed for the GXL V2 or the Rival this is it. Shipping was label created for over a week, so I called and the lady was nice and told me that it was just a warehouse delay. I received my order 2 days later. Gotrax rocks!

The bike seats that arrived with our bikes had a small tear in each one (different places) which I assume was from the way it was packaged. I wrote an email and had 2 new seats shipped to me within 2 weeks. Awesome customer service. Quick response and turn around time.
I loved it. The bike was amazing. Definitely buy or recommend it again. BUT, one thing was when i received the bike, there was a hole in the cardboard package, but it didn't affect the bike. One last thing when i got the bike, the hadle bars connection with the tires was kind of wonky and loose, so i had to tighten that.
